Terms of Service for Evolve Solar

Welcome to Evolve Solar's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All sales and installation work completed by Evolve Solar is subject to adherence to local and national codes and regulations related to solar and battery installation.

2. Evolve Solar reserves the right to modify or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient roof or property space,  inadequate sunlight, unsuitable roof pitch, shading, or any other physical challenges.

3. The customer is responsible for obtaining all permits and permissions required for the installation of the solar and/or battery system and ensuring all necessary utility agreements are in place for interconnection to the grid.

4. The customer is responsible for any damage caused during the installation process to their property outside of Evolve Solar's scope of work.

5. All materials used for the installation of solar and battery systems are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. However, any damage caused by misuse or failure to properly maintain the system will not be covered.

6. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the operation and maintenance of the solar and/or battery system, including but not limited to electricity bills, repairs, and insurance.
